I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

  1. I have read the Shipping and Return Policy (https://www.culturedstandards.com/policies/shipping-policy)
  2. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
  3. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
  4. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
  5. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
  6. I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler.
  7. I understand that Cultured Standards is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. 
  8. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website. 
  9. I understand that Cultured Standards offers a  60 day warranty on all goods. For any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, an exchange or replacement will be honored. Please open your packages upon receipt. Cultured Standards is not responsible for how I carry & treat my product.
